Libyan plane crash
TRIPOLI, Libya - A Libyan Afriqiyah Airways plane with 104 people on board crashed Wednesday on approach to Tripoli's airport, killing at least 96 people.
AMSTERDAM - A Dutch Foreign Ministry spokesman says the lone survivor from the plane crash in Libya - a young Dutch boy - is undergoing surgery in Tripoli.
