PHILADELPHIA - In a July 7 story about a collision between an amphibious duck boat and a barge on the Delaware River, The Associated Press erroneously reported that the company Ride the Ducks also operated in Newport, R.I.

PHILADELPHIA - A survivor of Wednesday's duck boat accident in Philadelphia calls her 10 minutes or so floating in the Delaware River "harrowing" and "surreal." Sixty-seven-year-old Sandy Cohen of Durham, N.C., decided to take a tour while her husband, a doctor, attended a meeting.

PHILADELPHIA - Hope faded for finding two tour boat passengers alive Thursday, a day after the amphibious craft they were riding in was struck and sunk by a barge in the Delaware River, spilling them and other passengers into the murky waters, searchers said.
