Three dead, nine injured in Jharkhand road accidents

RANCHI - Three people were killed and nine, including seven Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) troopers, were injured in two road accidents in Jharkhand Sunday, police said.

Three people died and two others were injured when their vehicle collided with a dumper-truck on the outskirts of Ranchi Sunday evening. The injured have been admitted to the Rajendra Institute of Medical Science (RIMS) here.

In another accident, a vehicle carrying CRPF troopers skidded off the road in Chatra district, injuring seven. Two critically injured were referred to the RIMS for treatment.
