Prisoner dies in Jharkhand jail

RANCHI - A prisoner died in mysterious circumstances in Jharkhand\’s Khuti district jail, an official said Thursday.
Turi Ram Munda, arrested under the provisions of the Arms Act and in the jail for last one and half months, died late Wednesday, according ot a jail official.
\”After eating his dinner, Munda fell unconscious. He was taken to Sadar hospital where doctors declared him dead,\” the official said.
The cause of his death is yet to be ascertained.
This is second death of a prisoner in Khuti jail in the last one month.
