Schoolboy abducted in Bihar

PATNA - A 15-year-old boy was abducted in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district Tuesday morning when he was on his way to the school, police said.

Shubham Kumar, a Class 9 student of DAV SChool, was abducted by unidentified criminals near Ahiyapur locality, police officials said.

Police have lodged a case of kidnapping and began investigation into it to recover the boy.

Two days ago, the body of an abducted schoolboy was found in Patna, and in another case the body of an abducted schoolboy was found in Begusarai late last week.

In the last one month, more than a dozen cases of kidnapping have been reported across the state.
