Neighbour rapes eight-year-old

NEW DELHI - An eight-year-old student of a government school was allegedly raped by her 20-year-old deaf and dumb neighbour here, police said Thursday.
The accused was caught while raping the victim, who lived in a slum in Chawla area in southwest Delhi and had stepped out to play.
An employee of Delhi’s electricity company BSES rescued the girl, who was screaming for help, said a police officer. The employee overpowered the rapist.
