Three Kenyans arrested for illegally staying in India

PANAJI - Three Kenyans were arrested here Thursday for staying in India without valid documents, police said.

A police officer said that Moses Omula, 29, Suleiman Offinio Obewa, 29, and Bernard Maxcto Nlioka, 29, were arrested in the residential locality of Porvorim, a few km from here, in separate raids.

“They have been arrested under the Foreigners Act and the Passport Act. None of them had their passports when they were arrested,” the officer said.
