GHAZIABAD - Rajesh Talwar, father of slain teenager Aarushi, Tuesday submitted an application before a CBI court seeking copies of all documents, including a closure report, filed by the probe agency in the more than two-year-old murder case.

Talwar requested the court to instruct the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to provide him copies of all the 104 pages filed by it in the court.

He requested the court that the documents, including the list and the statements of 150 witnesses, be provided to him so that he could file a protest petition against the closure of the case.

Talwar said that the CBI had only provided him the closure report but he also needed the other documents.

The application was submitted before the court through counsel Sanjay Rai.

Aarushi, 14, was found murdered under mysterious circumstances in her parents’ Jalvayu Vihar apartment in Noida, May 16, 2008. Their domestic help Hemraj’s body was found on the flat’s terrace a day later.
