Car Accident over Russel Street Bridge, No Casualty

MISSOULA (GaeaTimes.com) — Last night, a car went over the Russel Street Bridge and landed up in the river at around 10.30p.m. The driver, a 30-year-old man from Missoula had hit the curb and drove through the guard rail and ultimately landed on the Clark Fork river.
Fortunately the Police was able to rescue the victim from the car within minutes of the accident. The driver was taken to St. Patrick’s hospital and no major injury has been reported.
Investigating Officer Bill Tucker told NBC Montana he believes alcohol was involved however the investigation into the crash will continue this morning. The driver is still yet to face any charges.
