Dalit girl killed for protesting harassment

BHOPAL - A minor Dalit girl died in Madhya Pradesh Friday after a boy who was harassing her set her ablaze after pouring kerosene on her, police said.
The gory killing took place Thursday in Narsinghpur district, about 200 km from here. The girl was rushed to a hospital where she succumbed to her injuries Friday.
The killer, Dasrath Choudhary, had been arrested, Superintendent of Police G.G. Pandey told IANS.
