On Jan 15, they offered a lift to a man waiting at a bus stop to go to Haryana. They snatched his purse and mobile phone. When he protested, they stabbed him on his hand.
“After robbing a victim, they used to tie his hands and cover his face with a polythene bag or the victims’ shirt before dumping him at a secluded spot to ensure that the he does not note down the car number,” the police officer said.
Police have recovered three mobile phones, one surgical blade, a watch and a car used in committing the crimes.
