Minor who stole arrested

NEW DELHI - A 16-year-old boy has been arrested on charges of stealing goods worth Rs.41 lakh, police said Tuesday.

The incident took place in Jahangirpuri in north Delhi. Scrap dealer Irshad was arrested later for buying the stolen property from the boy and his gang, an officer said.
