Driver Killed in Puyallup Two Car Accident

PUYALLUP (GaeaTimes.com) — In an unfortunate car accident in Puyallup, a person was killed near 9th Street Southwest and the exit ramp of Highway 512 about 4 a.m.

According to Puyallup Capt. Scott Engle, a 25-year-old Pierce County man was driving along Highway 512 at a high speed when he failed to stop at a red light. At that moment his car collided with another car driven by a lady. She was taken to St. Joseph Hospital with minor injuries.

Due to the accident, the 9th Street Southwest and the exit ramp was closed for few hours.
