Moderate quake hits India-Myanmar border

NEW DELHI - An earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale hit the border region between Manipur and Myanmar early Friday, the India Meteorological Department said.
The moderate magnitude earthquake was felt in Imphal, about 60 km from the Myanmar border, an official said.
