Man shot dead in North Delhi

NEW DELHI - Two unidentified people shot dead a 32-year-old man in North Delhi Friday evening.
The victim has been identified as Kapil, a resident of Gonda in North Delhi.
According to a senior police official, “Kapil went to a shop at Jagatpuri Chowk in Sant Nagar area in North Delhi for a gutka around 5.30 pm. While he was walking, two people from behind allegedly shot him. They first shot at his leg and when the man tried to escape, they chased him and shot him twice again.”
Some passersby informed the Police Control Room. “We rushed to the spot and rushed the man to Sushruta Trauma Centre where he was declared brought dead,” the officer added.
“The shooting may be over some personal enmity. We are investigating,” he said.
