Six held in Agra with drugs

AGRA - Six people were arrested in Agra with 130 kg of cannabis worth Rs.20 million (Rs.2 crore), police said here Monday.

A team of Special Task Force personnel arrested them near Guru ka Taal Sunday and seized two vehicles. Gang kingpin Subhash Rathod of Firozabad managed to escape, a police official said.

“The six people are being interrogated. The gang used to cater to the demand of not only Agra but also the neighbouring towns,” the police official said.
