Man armed with syringe robs woman

MELBOURNE - A man robbed a woman after threatening her with a syringe in this Australian city.
The man brandished the syringe and stole money from the woman’s handbag in Keysborough, a suburb.
Dandenong Leader reported that the woman was walking on a path near a gymnasium Thursday when she was approached by the man.
He grabbed her arm and showed her the syringe. He then took her handbag and demanded money.
The man rummaged through the handbag, stealing money before throwing away the bag and running away.
