TORONTO - In a shocking sex scandal that has hit the Canadian judiciary, a black man is suing a white lawyer for harassing him to have sex with the lawyer’s wife who herself is now a senior judge.

In his $67-million lawsuit Wednesday, Alexander Chapman, a 44-year-old black man who is a computer specialist by profession, says lawyer Jack King, 64, repeatedly harassed him in 2003 to have sex with his wife, Lori Douglas, who was also a lawyer at the time and is now a family court judge.

Chapman says he hired Jack King to handle his divorce case in 2002. But soon the white lawyer started showing him naked photographs of his lawyer wife Lori Douglas to lure him to have inter-racial sex with her. He says the lawyer couple worked at the law firm Thompson Dorfman Sweatman in Winnipeg at that time.

Over many weeks in 2003, Chapman says King showed him about 30 pictures of his lawyer-wife, showing her naked in various forms of bondage, in chains, with sex toys and performing oral sex.

He says King invited him out for a drink about five months later and mentioned a porn website devoted to interracial sex between black men and white women.

“He was talking to me about websites and stuff, and … he gave me a website to go to called Darkcavern.com,” Chapman, the black man originally from Trinidad, told the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

He says the lawyer supplied him with a password for the web site and asked him to look at a section called ‘Our White Princesses’ where white women solicit black men for sex. He says he was shocked to see numerous nude photos of the lawyer’s wife posted on the web site.

“I wanted to puke. (the pictures) were disgusting. I couldn’t believe my lawyer was doing this to me.”

It apparently wasn’t the first time the white lawyer sought out a black man to have sex with his wife. An ad on the Darkcavern site shows nude photos of Douglas and seeks a “smooth black male or Mexican” to join the couple during a trip to Cancun (in Mexico) in February 2002, according to an investigation of the web site by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

The ad specifies that the black man is wanted “to seduce her with the intent of getting her enmeshed in the submissive, multi-partner, interracial sex scene.”

“Husband will help and facilitate,” the ad continues.

Chapman says his white lawyer wanted to use him as a sex animal to fulfill his fantasy of seeing his wife having sex with a black man.

In his separate lawsuits filed Wednesday, he is seeking $10 million from the lwyer, $7 million from his judge wife and $50 million from the law firm Thompson Dorfman Sweatman where the lawyer couple worked at that time.

“I’m standing here at the courthouse and I’m very nervous … I’ve been like this for seven years. I just want people to know that this happened to me and it was real for me,” the black man said.

Meanwhile, the woman judge was temporarily relieved of her duties Wednesday as the Canadian Judicial Council investigates the complaint.
