SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — Authorities say homes are threatened by a wildfire that has charred 15 acres of dry brush north of Los Angeles.

Los Angeles County Fire Supervisor Clyde Taylor says the blaze was reported just before 2 p.m. Sunday in northern Santa Clarita, on the edge of the Los Padres National Forest.

Taylor did not know how many homes are threatened. No evacuations have been ordered.
