Gujarat ex-minister Amit Shah gets bail

AHMEDABAD - The Gujarat High Court Friday granted bail to former minister of state for home Amit Shah, who was arrested in the Sohrabbudin Sheikh staged shootout case in 2005.
Justice R.H. Sukhla granted the bail.
Amit Shah is the legislator from Sarkhej constituency in Ahmedabad. He was arrested July 25 this year and since then was lodged in Sabarmati jail here.
