Molester cop Rathore’s jail term enhanced to 18 months

PANCHKULA - Former Haryana police chief S.P.S Rathore was Tuesday sentenced to 18 months in prison for the 1990 molestation of teenager Ruchika Girhotra, who committed suicide three years later. A court here enhanced his six-month sentence on an appeal by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
